Lume is born as an homage to Galician fire — a force that transforms, unites, and gives life. Its name, meaning fire in Galician, embodies the passion and intensity of this land.
The design draws inspiration from the contrast between black and white, evoking the glow of embers that remain alive beneath the ashes. A refined, understated, and deeply elegant aesthetic where every detail speaks of balance and quiet strength.
Lume pairs beautifully with roasted meats, smoked fish, and aged cheeses, enhancing flavors through its warmth and depth. More than a wine, it’s a sensory experience that ignites both table and soul.
